4 Psychotherapie und Psychologische Gesundheitsförderung

Arbeitsthemen, Aktivitäten und Forschung

  1. Förderung der Sicherheit durch Beratung, Training und Interventionen (s. auch Verkehrstherapie und Unfallbachsorge bei Verkehrspsychologie unter Punkt 3.3), z.B. das Forschungsthema “Wird man aus Schaden klug?”
  2. Förderung der psychosomatischen Gesundheit durch Entspannung, verbesserte Stressbewältigung und durch Intensivtherapie und Intensivcoaching
  3. Weiterentwicklung der Verhaltenstherapie durch eine neue psychotraumatologische Therapie (Referentialtherapie)
  4. Entwicklung von spezifischen Programmen und Akutinterventionen für die Psychotherapie von Verkehrsopfern, Brandverletzten, Kriminalitätsopfern, von Katastrophenopfern (u.a. anerkannt durch LVBGen)
  5. Ausbildung von Notfallpsychologen für die Anerkennung durch den BDP

  • Citizen-oriented and handicapped-friendly design of public infrastructure (official handbook and recommendations of the German Federal Goverment for public authorities and for public transport operators)
    Low floor buses (recommendations of EU-action COST 322)
  • Improvement of visual information in public infrastructure (official handbook and recommendations of the German Federal Goverment for public authorities and for public transport operators)
  • member of the federal German governmental counselling group "Second governmental expertise on aging", responsible for traffic and mobility (in progress)
  • member of the working group of the German Federal Ministry of Transport to develop a handbook / manual for designing public transport interfaces including intermodal interfaces

4 Psychotherapy and Psychological Health Care

  1. Promotion of security by consultation, training and interventions (s. also traffic therapy and accident aftercare under point 3.3), e.g. research topic “one becomes intelligent from damage?”
  2. Promotion of psychosomatic health by relaxation, by improved stress accomplishment and by intensive therapy and intensive coaching
  3. development of behaviour therapy by a new psychotraumatological therapy (referential-therapy)
  4. development of specific programs and acute interventions for psychotherapy of traffic victims, fire-hurt, victims of criminality, victims of disaster (among other things recognition by LVBGen)
  5. training of emergency psychologists for the acknowledgment by the BDP
